What a beautiful and elegant day Lori and John planned for their union! It was truly a fairy tale wedding. John and Lori are hard working and so, so sweet together. I felt so honored and blessed to be a part of their wedding so without further ado here is their day in photos! Congrats John and Lori!

Lori's mom sewed her daughter into the dress the old fashioned way. The dress was so beautiful and elegant and timeless. What a sweet memory to have, remembering your mother putting the last few stitches in the dress before giving you away.

GORG!!

The super happy couple :)

The cake was done by Coastal Mist and was a work of art complete with the wood grain chocolate that was reflected in the stationary from Minted Press.

As John and Lori left the church the weather really started picking up. John, so affectionately went to hold the umbrella over Lori to protect his new wife when the wind came up and inverted the umbrella! It was such a cute and memorable moment and having been married just a week before their date over 8 years ago it brought back memories of my day which was scattered with sprinkles but also an occasional sunburst just as John and Lori were blessed with.

John and Lori spoiled their guests with monogrammed, stamped chocolate favors. The stamp was made by waxseals.com.
|
It was an elegant and gorgeously refined coastal reception held at the Watson Creek Golf Course.
|
The gorgeous florals were provided by Blue Dahlia. Lori's bouquet included a family heirloom Bible handed down several generations and carried in the bouquet for many family weddings. Such a special detail!
Thank you Lori and John for the privilege of capturing your day! It was such a great day!
